To ensure a productive and respectful environment for all participants, sponsors, and exhibitors at NEHRA’s Annual Conference, we have established the following No Solicitation Policy for the event:

1 - Prohibition of Unauthorized Solicitations:
Attendees (other than sponsors or exhibitors) are prohibited from engaging in any form of solicitation, including but not limited to the distribution of promotional materials, sales pitches, or fundraising activities.

2 - Respectful Networking:
While networking and relationship-building are encouraged, attendees must respect the boundaries of others. Aggressive or persistent solicitation is not permitted and may result in removal from the event.

3 - Approved Sponsors/Exhibitors:
Only Sponsors and Exhibitors who have received prior approval from NEHRA are permitted to distribute materials and engage in sales activities. These vendors will be clearly identified with appropriate badges or booth spaces.

4 - Enforcement:

Any attendee found violating this policy will be subject to action, which may include removal from the conference without a refund. NEHRA reserves the right to take further action if necessary.

5 - Reporting Violations:

Attendees are encouraged to report any violations of this policy to NEHRA staff immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially and promptly.
